It's been awhile, but before i return this book to the library I want to capture this recipe. So good. No knead. Amazing stuff.
500 grams all purpose flour
1 gram active dry yeast
16 grams fine sea salt
350 grams water
Blend together, cover with a towel and rise at room
temperature for 18 hours or until doubled.
Turn out and form into balls
